1. Eligibility

To use the services of Last Matchmaker, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and can enter into this Agreement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal right and mental capacity to enter into these Terms and use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Marital Status: You must be single, divorced, or legally separated. If you are married, you must disclose your marital status and provide evidence that you are in the process of divorce or separation.
• Criminal Background: You represent that you have never been convicted of, or pleaded guilty to, any felony, sex crime, or violent crime. You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.
• Eligibility for Service: You are not currently prohibited or restricted by any law from using matchmaking or dating services in your jurisdiction.

We want you to feel safe and secure while using Last Matchmaker. While we're not required to conduct criminal or identity checks on our users, we may do so at our discretion. If you purchase a membership, we may perform a criminal records check using publicly available information. If you're selected for a date, we may also carry out a background check.

Please note that Last Matchmaker does not make any guarantees about the conduct or identity of our users. However, we do reserve the right to conduct background checks (including criminal and sex offender registry searches) at any time. By using our services, you give us permission to perform these checks and to use any information you provide for that purpose.

By using Last Matchmaker’s services, you represent and warrant that you meet all these eligibility requirements. If you fail to meet any of these requirements, or if at any point it is determined that the information you provided is false or misleading, you agree to immediately stop using the Service and notify us. Last Matchmaker reserves the right to cancel this Agreement or terminate your contract without a refund if these eligibility criteria are not met.

In the event that any background check reveals you do not meet the eligibility requirements or have provided false information, Last Matchmaker reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service without refund.

2. Service Overview & Usage Terms

Last Matchmaker offers exclusive, personalized matchmaking, dating and relationship coaching, and profile management services designed to help clients connect with compatible partners.

Our packages include a highly selective search within our private database as well as complete management of your online dating profiles (from profile creation to matching and communication).

By integrating the expertise of professional matchmakers with advanced tools (excluding AI) and insights from relationship science research, we deliver a premium, highly personalized dating experience.

2.1 Important Notes on Matchmaking Results

While Last Matchmaker is committed to providing high-quality matchmaking services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as finding a partner, securing dates, or matching with specific individuals within any timeframe.

Matchmaking results depend on various factors, including personal preferences, individual characteristics, and external circumstances. Any examples of success or suggested timelines are for reference only and are not guarantees of what you will experience.

2.2 Matching Criteria

To participate in our services, you must complete a registration questionnaire to provide essential details about your relationship preferences and goals. While we strive to connect you with suitable matches, we do not guarantee that you will receive matches or be contacted by other users.

All matchmaking services are intended for personal connection and informational purposes; results are not assured, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed. You agree to use the service only for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes to maintain the integrity of the matching process.

2.3 Marital Status

By requesting to receive matches, you affirm that you are single, legally separated, or divorced.

2.4 Criminal History and Background Checks

By registering for our services, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. Last Matchmaker reserves the right to conduct criminal background checks using available public records at any time to verify your compliance with this section. While we do not routinely conduct background checks, we may do so at our discretion.

2.5 Risk Assumption and Safety Precautions

You assume all risks associated with using our services, including risks related to both online and offline interactions with other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Last Matchmaker users and agree to take all necessary precautions when meeting or continuing to interact with individuals, either online or in person. We encourage you to review our safety tips before meeting anyone in person and to always prioritize your safety.

Last Matchmaker makes no guarantees regarding the success of any interaction or relationship formed through our services. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and interactions with others, and promptly report any violations of our Terms.

2.6 No Harassment of Last Matchmaker Employees or Agents

You agree not to harass, intimidate, or threaten any of Last Matchmaker’s employees, matchmakers, or agents engaged in providing services. We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all Clients and expect the same standard of conduct in return.

2.7 Your Responsibility for Interactions with Other Clients

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Last Matchmaker clients. Last Matchmaker does not guarantee that criminal background checks are conducted on all users, nor do we verify the accuracy of statements made by clients. However, we may perform such checks at our discretion in order to provide the best possible service.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct of other users or their compatibility with you. You are expected to exercise reasonable caution when interacting with others — whether online or in person — and you should avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as financial or identification details).

Last Matchmaker is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, compensatory, consequential, or incidental, arising from interactions with other users. By using our services, you agree that you engage with others at your own risk and are responsible for taking appropriate steps to ensure your personal safety at all times.

2.8 Non-Association With Other Matchmaking and Dating Services

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not employed by, nor personally or professionally affiliated with, any other matchmaking company or agency.

2.9 Your Matchmaking Team

Our team will assign you a personal matchmaker and, when needed, additional support professionals — including dating coaches, profile writers and specialists, scouts, and photography experts — who will work on your behalf to help you find the right partner.

3. Confidential Matchmaking: Your Safety and Wellbeing

At Last Matchmaker, the safety, privacy, and security of our clients are our highest priorities. By using our services, you agree to follow the guidelines below and understand how we maintain a secure and trusted environment.

3.1 Personal Safety

We provide a professional and discreet matchmaking service and take care to verify potential matches. However, you are responsible for your personal safety when interacting with other clients or third parties introduced through our service. Always exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting someone for the first time, and consider meeting in public or secure locations.

3.2 Data and Account Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your account, personal information, and communications. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account, both on our website and on any third-party platforms we may use to facilitate your matches.

3.3 Reporting Concerns

If you experience or suspect any inappropriate, unsafe, or fraudulent behavior by another client or third party, you must report it to Last Matchmaker immediately. We reserve the right to investigate complaints, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other actions as necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of our service.

3.4 Limitations of Liability

While Last Matchmaker carefully screens and matches clients, we cannot guarantee the behavior, honesty, or intentions of any individual. By using our services, you acknowledge that your interactions with other clients or third parties are at your own risk. Last Matchmaker is not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from personal meetings or communications with other clients.

3.5 Commitment to a Secure Environment

Our team continuously monitors and updates our safety and security practices to ensure a secure, confidential, and professional matchmaking experience. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding safety measures may be used by Last Matchmaker to improve our services.

4. General Rules of User Conduct and Client Responsibilities

Our goal is to ensure that all users have a positive experience when accessing our Website and Services. You agree not to use, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Website or Services for anything other than the purpose for which they are provided. By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities and standards of conduct.

4.1 Compliance with Laws and Terms

Clients and users of Last Matchmaker agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with their use of Last Matchmaker’s services. Clients shall use the services solely for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies, guidelines, or rules issued by Last Matchmaker from time to time.

4.2 Commitment to Providing Accurate Personal Information

By submitting your information in a questionnaire, either through our Website (like contact or registration forms) or while using our Services as a Client, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, current, and complete. This includes personal information, demographic details, photos, and your relationship goals.

If any of your details change, such as your contact information, appearance, or partner preferences, you agree to notify your matchmaker or the Last Matchmaker team right away so we can update your questionnaire accordingly.

If you provide false or misleading information, Last Matchmaker may suspend your account or terminate your agreement. You could also lose any fees paid. This includes using someone else’s photos, misrepresenting your identity, or deceiving Last Matchmaker or potential matches.

As a Client, you authorize Last Matchmaker to perform a public records background check during onboarding to help determine your eligibility for our Services. Additional screenings, including criminal or sex offender checks, may be conducted at our discretion during your engagement, as allowed by law.

Please note that Last Matchmaker does not guarantee the background, intentions, or behavior of other clients, and any checks we perform on you are for internal use only. We are not required to share the results with you.

If a screening reveals information that, in our sole judgment, makes you ineligible for our Services or violates these Terms, we may end your Services immediately without refund. Our decision in such cases is final.

4.3 User Obligations and Restrictions

By visiting our Website or joining as a Client, you agree to use Last Matchmaker properly. You are prohibited from:

• Intentionally or carelessly damaging the reputation of Last Matchmaker or any Client or User, or making defamatory or harmful statements publicly;
• Making negative or defamatory comments, verbally or in writing, about Last Matchmaker, our Services, or any Client or Member to third parties;
• Sharing Confidential Information with any third party (you must take all reasonable steps to protect and secure such information and avoid accidental disclosure);
• Causing annoyance, distress, or inconvenience to any Client, Member, or employee, including contacting them after they have clearly asked you to stop;
• Behaving in an abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, offensive, sexist, racist, or otherwise discriminatory way toward any Client, User, or employee;
• Interfering with or preventing others from enjoying Last Matchmaker’s Services;
• Using our Services for commercial purposes, including promoting products or services to other Clients or Users;
• Using the Website or Services for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, including those related to dating services, privacy, and intellectual property;
• Introducing viruses, malware, spyware, or any malicious code into our systems;
• Attempting to access any part of our Website, Services, servers, or other users’ data without permission. Hacking, phishing, or bypassing security measures is strictly prohibited;
• Reproducing, copying, selling, trading, or reselling the Services or any portion of them for commercial purposes without prior written consent;
• Interfering with the Website or Services in a way that disrupts their performance or compromises the experience of other Clients. This includes actions that impede our matchmakers from performing their duties;
• Pretending to be another person.

Last Matchmaker may terminate the Agreement immediately, without prior notice, erase your data, and block your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. We may, at our discretion, monitor communications and content shared through the Website and Services, but are not required to do so. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that breaches these Terms or to block messages we reasonably consider inappropriate. You are fully responsible for any content you post and for your actions while using Last Matchmaker.

4.4 Guidelines for Successful Client Cooperation with Last Matchmaker

By becoming a Client of Last Matchmaker, you agree to actively participate in and comply with the guidelines outlined below. Not following these rules may result in termination of Services without a refund.

• Last Matchmaker will thoughtfully create or enhance your dating profile for use on selected platforms and within our private database. To ensure consistency and the highest quality, we ask that any proposed changes be discussed with your matchmaker in advance. During the initial stages, Last Matchmaker may manage communications with your Matches on dating platforms, with your permission, to coordinate introductions. To ensure a seamless experience, please do not contact Matches directly unless approved by your matchmaker. Bypassing this process may result in immediate termination of Services.
• If you need to cancel a scheduled date, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to your matchmaker. Repeated cancellations, unavailability may result in termination of Services without a refund.
• You commit to engaging fully, which includes showing up on time for introductions, being open-minded and respectful to your match, and providing honest feedback to your personal matchmaker after each date.
• You agree to treat Last Matchmaker’s staff, Matches, and others with respect. Rude, inappropriate, or unethical behavior—including lewd comments or disrespectful conduct during introductions—may result in termination of Services without refund.

Failure to adhere to the guidelines outlined above will relieve Last Matchmaker of any further obligation to provide Services and may lead to the immediate termination of your agreement. Compliance with these standards ensures the integrity, professionalism, and quality of the matchmaking experience for all Clients and Matches. Repeated or serious breaches may result in your removal from the service without refund, at the sole discretion of Last Matchmaker.

4.5 Profile Management and Communication Guidelines on Third-Party Dating Platforms

Through our exclusive matchmaking services, Last Matchmaker manages your profile on select dating platforms to maximize your potential for building lasting relationships, with your consent. Below, we outline the process and key terms related to third-party services:

• By choosing to engage with our Services, you entrust Last Matchmaker’s expert team with the creation and management of your dating profiles across select, high-end platforms. This comprehensive service includes carefully crafting your profile content, selecting and uploading photos that highlight your best attributes, initiating thoughtful conversations with potential matches, and curating introductions that align with your relationship goals. Each step is designed to present you authentically, ensuring you make a genuine impression, while also saving you valuable time. Our approach is crafted to maximize your results, ensuring you are introduced to highly compatible individuals who align with your values and expectations.
• Please be aware that certain dating platforms may have restrictions regarding account sharing. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge this potential risk and understand that Last Matchmaker cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the platform against your account. We approach all platform interactions with the utmost professionalism and discretion, working closely with you in good faith to address and resolve any issues that may arise, should they occur. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and effective matchmaking experience, while respecting the policies of the platforms we partner with.
• Your personal information is safeguarded and stored in full compliance with industry-leading security protocols, ensuring both confidentiality and privacy throughout our service. You are welcome to change your passwords once our service concludes. However, we kindly request that any password modifications be coordinated with us during the active phase of our service to ensure seamless continuity and avoid any potential interruptions to your matchmaking experience.

You are welcome to provide feedback on your profile or our messaging strategy at any time.

4.6 Client Communication Agreement and Contact Preferences

By sharing your contact details (like phone number, email, or WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram if agreed), you agree to receive communications from Last Matchmaker as part of the service.

We may reach out via phone, email, SMS, or messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram (if agreed), to schedule calls, update you on matches, ask for feedback, or address any service-related matters. You understand that these communications are necessary to continue using our services, and you can’t opt out unless you choose to discontinue the service.

Occasionally, we might send you promotional offers or updates, but only with your prior consent for text messages, as required by law. We will keep contact to reasonable hours and avoid being intrusive.

For quality and training purposes, some calls may be monitored or recorded. If you prefer otherwise, just let us know. We’ll always respect any legal requirements for call recording.

4.7 Reporting Violations

Clients agree to promptly notify Last Matchmaker of any suspected violations of these Terms, unethical behavior, or safety concerns related to the services.

5. Payment Obligations, Service Agreement Terms, and Refund Policies

This section governs all financial obligations, contractual terms, and refund policies applicable to services provided by Last Matchmaker. It outlines the conditions under which fees are charged, the scope and nature of service agreements, and the circumstances, if any, under which refunds may be issued. By engaging the services of Last Matchmaker, Clients acknowledge and agree to be bound by the payment terms and refund policies set forth below, as well as any additional terms specified in an individual service agreement.

5.1 Payment Obligations

By using the Services provided by Last Matchmaker, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in connection with the matchmaking services you choose. Payments are due at the time of purchase and must be made through the payment methods accepted by Last Matchmaker, including credit card, debit card, or any other available payment options.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, and payment method details. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or other charges that may arise in connection with your payment obligations.

5.2 Service Agreement Terms

By entering into a service agreement with Last Matchmaker, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the specific terms and conditions outlined in your service package. This may include matchmaking services, consultations, profile creation, and other matchmaking services as detailed in your agreement.

Last Matchmaker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at its discretion, with prior notice to you, should any unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes to the service terms, fees, or conditions will be communicated to you and will be effective only upon your acceptance of such changes.

5.3 Refund Policy

Last Matchmaker strives to provide exceptional services. However, due to the personalized and service-based nature of matchmaking, we do not offer refunds for services rendered once the service has been initiated. This includes, but is not limited to, matchmaking consultations, profile reviews, and other services provided.

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• If you cancel a service within 14 days of the purchase date and no matchmaking services or profile creation has been initiated.
• If we are unable to introduce you to matches within the timeframe specified in your agreement, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our sole discretion. Alternatively, we may offer an additional service period at no additional cost.
• In the event of technical or administrative error leading to an overcharge, a refund will be issued for the erroneous amount.

Refund requests must be submitted to our support team in writing, and all refunds will be processed according to the method of payment originally used.

5.4 Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

In the event of any billing dispute or chargeback request, we encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or resolution, Last Matchmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and seek damages for any associated fees or losses. Last Matchmaker keeps detailed service records and proactively disputes any improper chargebacks.

By proceeding with payment and entering into a service agreement with Last Matchmaker, Clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of all payment obligations, service terms, and refund policies set forth in this section. Clients acknowledge that the services provided are customized, time-intensive, and initiated upon agreement, and that all fees are charged in accordance with the terms disclosed. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in suspension or termination of services without refund, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights, Client Content License, and Confidential Information

This section governs the ownership, use, protection, and licensing of intellectual property, user-provided content, and confidential information in connection with the services provided by Last Matchmaker. It outlines the rights and obligations of clients with respect to content submitted, shared, or generated through the use of our international matchmaking services, as well as the proprietary materials, methodologies, and confidential information owned or controlled by Last Matchmaker. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set forth in this section.

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, database rights, trade marks, service marks, trade names, domain names, designs, know-how, methodologies, matchmaking processes, proprietary frameworks, algorithms, software, documentation, and all related materials (collectively, the “Company Materials”) made available by or on behalf of Last Matchmaker in connection with the services are owned by or licensed to Last Matchmaker.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or proprietary rights in the Company Materials. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or otherwise use any Company Materials without the prior written consent of Last Matchmaker.

6.2 Client Content

“Client Content” means any information, documentation, personal data, photographs, videos, audio recordings, correspondence, profile details, preferences, feedback, or other materials submitted, disclosed, uploaded, or otherwise provided by you in connection with the services.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are legally entitled to provide the Client Content and have obtained all necessary consents and permissions;
• The Client Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
• The Client Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

Given the private and sensitive nature of high-net-worth matchmaking, you acknowledge that the quality and effectiveness of the services depend on the accuracy and completeness of the Client Content you provide.

6.3 Licence Grant to Last Matchmaker

By providing Client Content, you grant Last Matchmaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable licence to use, store, process, adapt, reproduce, and disclose such Client Content strictly to the extent necessary to deliver, administer, and improve the services.

This licence includes the right to:

• Create, curate, and manage matchmaking profiles;
• Share selected Client Content with potential matches or trusted professional partners where reasonably necessary to provide the services;
• Use anonymised or aggregated Client Content for internal analysis, quality control, and service enhancement.

Last Matchmaker shall not commercialise or publicly disclose Client Content and shall process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

6.4 Confidential Information

In the course of providing the services, both you and Last Matchmaker may receive or have access to confidential or proprietary information, including but not limited to personal data, relationship preferences, communications, matchmaking strategies, pricing structures, internal processes, and non-public business information (“Confidential Information”).

You agree to:

• Treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential;
• Use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to the services;
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.

Last Matchmaker recognises the heightened confidentiality expectations of high-net-worth clients and shall take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard Confidential Information in accordance with industry standards and applicable law.

6.5 Restrictions and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code or proprietary processes from the services;
• Use the services or any content for commercial solicitation, media exposure, or competitive purposes;
• Disclose, publish, or misuse information relating to other clients without their explicit consent;
• Use the services in any manner that breaches intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.

6.6 Third-Party Intellectual Property

The services may incorporate or rely upon intellectual property, platforms, content, or services owned or licensed by third parties, including but not limited to identity verification providers, background screening services, communication platforms, payment processors, or professional advisers (“Third-Party Intellectual Property”).

All Third-Party Intellectual Property remains the exclusive property of the respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or rights in such Third-Party Intellectual Property, except as expressly permitted by the relevant third party or as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the services.

High-net-worth clients acknowledge that access to certain premium or enhanced services may be subject to additional third-party terms, confidentiality obligations, or licensing requirements. Last Matchmaker shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or intellectual property practices of third-party providers.

You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or attributions relating to Third-Party Intellectual Property.

6.7 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide regarding the services are given voluntarily and may be used by Last Matchmaker without restriction, compensation, or attribution for the purpose of improving service quality and client experience.

6.8 Survival

The provisions of this section relating to intellectual property rights, licence grants, confidentiality, third-party intellectual property, restrictions, and acceptable use shall survive termination or expiry of these Terms and your use of the services.

7. Client Privacy and Information Handling

Last Matchmaker is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, discretion, and professionalism. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described below and in our Privacy Policy.

7.1 Information We Collect

In order to provide personalized matchmaking services, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to: your name, contact details, age, photographs, preferences, relationship goals, background information, and communications you share with us. We may also collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and usage data.

7.2 How We Use Your Information

If you do not agree to this Arbitration Agreement, you may opt out by sending written notice to Last Matchmaker within 30 days of accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration.

11.10 Governing Law

This Arbitration Agreement and any disputes related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the country in which Last Matchmaker is incorporated, except where mandatory local laws of your country of residence apply.

Our services may be available in multiple countries. However, we do not guarantee that the services comply with the laws of your location. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable local laws.

12. Service Suspension and Termination Policies

Last Matchmaker is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all clients. To maintain the integrity of our services, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our matchmaking services under the conditions described below.

12.1 Suspension of Services

We may suspend access to our services in the following situations:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions: inappropriate behavior, harassment, or fraudulent activity may result in temporary suspension pending review.
• Inactivity: prolonged inactivity or failure to respond to communication may result in temporary suspension until engagement resumes.
• Unpaid Fees: outstanding payments or billing issues may lead to suspension until the matter is resolved.

12.2 Termination of Services

Last Matchmaker reserves the right to terminate services in the following circumstances:

• Serious Violations: malicious, illegal, or abusive behavior including harassment, discrimination, or fraud.
• Repeated Infringements: continued violations after warnings may lead to permanent termination.
• False Information: providing misleading information during registration or within your profile.
• Non-Compliance with Community Standards: behavior that undermines a respectful environment.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

• Loss of Access: access to matches, communication tools, and other services will be revoked.
• No Refunds: if termination occurs due to violations of the Terms, unused services or memberships will not be refunded.

12.4 Appeals Process

If you believe your services were suspended or terminated in error, you may contact our support team at contact@lastmatchmaker.com to request a review. Decisions following review are final.

12.5 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of Last Matchmaker services at any time by contacting our support team.

Cancellation stops future payments but does not result in a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period.

Refund Eligibility: A full refund may be available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase and no matchmaking services have yet been initiated.

No Refunds After Service Commencement: Once matchmaking services such as introductions, profile work, or coaching begin, refunds are no longer available.

13. Revisions and Updates to These Terms

At Last Matchmaker, we may update or make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We’ll notify you by posting the revised Terms on our Website, and in some cases we may also send you an email. The method we choose will depend on the nature of the changes.

We recommend checking the Terms regularly to stay up to date. If you continue to use our Website or Services after updates are posted, that means you accept and agree to the new Terms.

Last Matchmaker shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, any suspension or termination of services, if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
