Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through in-depth consultations and ongoing communication.
• Assess client compatibility using interviews, profiles, behavioral insights, and internal matching tools.
• Curate and propose high-quality matches aligned with client preferences and long-term goals.
• Provide thoughtful coaching, feedback, and guidance throughout the matchmaking process.
• Track client progress, outcomes, and feedback to continuously improve match quality.
• Collaborate with fellow matchmakers and internal teams to share insights and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with company standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in matchmaking, client relations, or a similar role at least 2 years (preferably in premium or luxury services).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep, meaningful relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on understanding client needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive, personal situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Commitment to confidentiality and trust, with a strong sense of professional integrity.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (especially for global client reach).
• Experience with client-facing roles in high-touch environments (e.g., luxury services, counseling, or coaching).
