About the Role

As a Dating Coach at Last Matchmaker, you’ll help clients navigate modern dating with confidence and clarity. You’ll guide clients to identify their relationship goals, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to attract compatible partners. Your work will combine coaching expertise, empathy, and insight into human behavior to guide clients toward meaningful, lasting relationships.

This is a remote-friendly role where your guidance has a direct, measurable impact. With hundreds of clients supported through personalized coaching programs, you’ll see the difference your work makes and experience the satisfaction of helping people grow personally and romantically.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ dating goals, challenges, and personal growth opportunities.
• Create individualized action plans for clients to improve confidence, communication, and overall dating approach.
• Offer actionable advice on profiles, messaging, and in-person interactions.
• Track progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure clients achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with the matchmaking team to align coaching strategies with client introductions.
• Maintain professional, accurate, and confidential client records.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in dating coaching at least 2 years, life coaching, relationship counseling, or related client-focused roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback in a motivating and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using digital tools for coaching, client management, and progress tracking.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
